➤ If, by any chance, Hyunwoo shifts to discomfort, it’s not because of how he feels but because of what he’s put the other through. He hadn’t meant to stay late in the coffee shop and he knows of how much she’s been wanting to drop by that restaurant down three blocks away. “Sorry.” He ends up murmuring once again, repeating it because he wants her to know how bad he feels. “I really had no idea it was this late already.”
Glancing down at his wrist watch, he too, begins to unpack his belongings, stuffing most of his hand outs and his books inside his backpack. Shaking his head, he grins, “Damn, that’s right, I left my house back at the frat house—” Hands threading through his unruly hair as he pulls it beneath a snap back, he replies, “Maybe I should drive you home instead— for making you wait and all. I can always take a cab back home after.”
There’s nothing evident upon her features aside patience, when she rests her chin in a hand, over the table. She isn’t angry – no emotions of that sort were likely to appear for her. She only quirks an eyebrow to his apology, taking it quite as unnecessay in her point of view before she shaks her head, lightly, her head gestures along her talking. “It’s fine, don’t worry.” And then with a sweet smile and a quick nod she tilts her head to get a different angled view of his face. “I think that would be unfair– you taking the cab and all… it’s not a bother, really. Besides, I enjoy being aound you so I don’t mind the wait at all”
