LUCKY: My muse seeing yours for the first time thinking ‘wow, s/he’s cute’

She had worn a yellow sun dress in middle of May, hair tied in small braids on her head, pretty like a French doll with innocence dipping in her eyes. Wide, wide and wondering as they stared up at him.

The first thought that should have entered his head was not “wow, she’s cute”, but rather “who is this little girl on my door?” Wide eyes met questioning ones, her lips moving to say some words, but none came as he cocked an eyebrow, letting himself down to her level – watching.

“Hello there, friend, who may you be?”

She blinked twice slowly as she wrung her hands together, the shyness that sprung across her cheeks in rose red colours. It was an adoring sight, seeing her glance at everything but him.

“Jaekyung,” she mumbled, timidly as he smiled warmly to her.

“Well, Jaekyung, I’m Jun-seok. Is it you that lives next door, hm?”

She nodded her head, braids flopping along with the movements, making him laugh quietly. “Do your mother know that you’re here, friend?”

“Kind of…” she twisted her hands before flashing him a grin. He grinned back, but blinked in confusion as she skipped away – yellow sun dress, braids jumping along with the step. He could not help but chuckle as she went her way.

“Cute…”
